Join the authors and educators from
Whole Life Nutrition for a delicious and informative class on how to do an elimination diet and still eat well. An elimination
diet removes all potential food allergens from the diet, and then re-introduces these foods one at a time, allowing
you to identify those foods that might be slowing you down and keeping you from your optimum health. Ali will prepare tasty
examples of main dishes, soups, stews, sauces, and snacks that can be used as part of an elimination diet.

cancers. Recipes include a minty green smoothie; coconut quinoa pilaf; lemon millet patties; sautéed asparagus with

can prevent or reverse nearly all chronic diseases. But where do you begin? This class will cover vegetables of all sorts
and how to create tantalizing dishes that the whole family will enjoy. From spicy cooked vegetable stews to fresh vegetable
slaws or a simple vegetable saute, we will cover a range of ways to prepare nature’s perfect foods. Recipes include
Curried Vegetables, Braised Greens, Cabbage Salad, Beet and Kale Salad, Sauteed Asparagus, and a Spring Slaw. Vegetarian.

So many gluten-free
recipes focus on leaving out the gluten and forget about the nutrition. During this class we will explore the realm of making
gluten-free baked goods nutritious. Different flours give different results in the same recipe so we will discuss the properties
of the wide range of whole grain flours available such as teff, sorghum, millet, buckwheat, and more. Equally important is
the type of sweetener used. We will discuss how natural sweeteners such as maple syrup, honey, agave nectar, or maple sugar
can replace cane sugar in recipes. Recipes include Apple Crisp, Lemon Teacake, Hazelnut Chocolate Chip Cookies, Rosemary
Sea Salt Breadsticks, Whole Grain Pizza Crust, and more. Vegetarian. No gluten, dairy, eggs,
